초록
This study examines the influence of resilience on entrepreneurial intention and investigates how social networks moderate this relationship among potential entrepreneurs. Questionnaires were used to collect data from 200 international students enrolled in three universities in Korea. Hierarchical regression analysis was employed to test the hypothesized relationships. The findings reveal that resilience has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, social networks have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between resilience and entrepreneurial intention. These findings contribute to entrepreneurship research by bridging psychological and social capital perspectives, highlighting that both individual adaptability and social connectedness are vital drivers of entrepreneurial intention. The study also offers practical insights for educators and policymakers, emphasizing the value of fostering resilience and social networking opportunities to strengthen entrepreneurial capability among international students.
