초록
This study investigated the impact of hotel employees' perception of 'employees' ESG management activities' on 'organizational citizenship behavior at the individual and organizational levels' and 'turnover intention'. A valid sample of 292 hotel employees was analyzed and multiple regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 29.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, 'ESG's 'E-environmental orientation' and 'G-transparent management orientation' were found to have a significant positive effect on 'organizational citizenship behavior at the individual level', but 'S-social orientation' was found to have no significant effect. Second, 'ESG' was found to have a significant positive effect on both 'organizational citizenship behavior at the organizational level'. Third, among 'ESG', S-social orientation was found to have the greatest impact on turnover intention. Fourth, individual-level organizational citizenship behavior did not significantly influence turnover intentions. However, organizational-level organizational citizenship behavior had a significant negative effect on turnover intentions. The purpose of this study is to provide useful information for efficient human resource management in the hotel industry.
