디자인적 사고기법을 적용한 프로젝트 기반 창업가정신 교육 효과성에 관한 연구

[연구목적] 이 연구는 창업가정신 강좌 운영 사례를 바탕으로 창업가정신을 구성하는 핵심적인 역량요소 배양을 위한 교육에 있어 디자인적 사고기법을 활용한 팀 프로젝트 수행결과에 대한 교육적 효과성을 탐색하고 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 연구자의 참여관찰과 사회적 문제에 대한 학생들의 관심 분야와 활동 방식에대한 의견조사, 그리고 팀 프로젝트 진행 과정과 수행결과 발표 등 전 과정에 대한 학생들의 자기평가와 다른 팀에 대한 평가결과에 대한 질적 분석과 해석방법을 통해 수행하였다. 특히 Bender-Salazar(2023)의 통합모형을 활용하여 교육적 효과성을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혼합모형에서 제시하는 문제에 대한 진단과공감으로부터 이를 해결하기 위한 과정은 개념화나 해결을 위한 아이디어를 유형화하여정리하는 추상적인 작업으로 이루어지면서 이해를 확장하는 양상을 보인 것으로 확인하였다. 둘째, 문제에 대한 탐색과 실제 적용하기 위해 도출한 해법의 경우 실제 문제상황을고려하여 구체적인 활동양상을 보였다. 셋째, 디자인적 사고에서 강조하는 해법 탐색이선형이 아닌 순환적인 과정을 보였다. 넷째, 창의성과 협업능력 등 창업가정신 핵심 역량요소에 대한 이해 확장에서부터 창업에 관한 실제적인 지식으로 연결, 그리고 프로젝트기반 문제해결 탐색기법 개선에 대한 폭넓은 의견 제시 등 교육적 효과를 확인하였다. [연구의 시사점] 이 연구 결과 창업가정신 교육 효과성을 분석하는 연구자와 교수자 등실천가들에게 효과적인 교수법의 도입과 활용에 대한 유용한 시사점을 제시한다.
Abstract
[Purpose] This study aims to examine the educational effectiveness of team project-based learning utilizing design thinking methodologies in entrepreneurship education. [Methodology] To achieve the objective, data were analyzed through participant observation by the researcher and surveys assessing students’ interest in social issues for project team formation by utilizing Bender- Salazar’s Hybrid Model as an analytic framework. [Findings] The study yielded the following results. 1) Solutions derived for problem exploration and application within the Hybrid Model exhibited concrete activity patterns, considering real-world scenarios and their practical applicability. 2) The process of problem diagnosis and empathy-building leading to solution development involved abstract conceptualization and categorization of ideas. 3) Regarding problemsolving approaches, iterative and cyclical solution processes were observed. 4) Throughout the course, various educational effects were identified, including enhanced fundamental understanding of entrepreneurship and strengthened connections between theoretical concepts and practical business operations. [Implications] This study offers insights for researchers in evaluating the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education and for educators and practitioners in developing relevant pedagogy.
