This article provides a brief overview of how one Central Authority has utilized technology to benefit its operations in the implementation of the 1965 Service Convention and the 1970 Evidence Convention. The article begins with an introduction to the lexicon used by practitioners in the judicial assistance legal field. It then looks at how technology has been used in connection with both Conventions. Lastly, it identifies potential issues arising from the use of technology and proposes solutions.
