본 연구는 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 환경(Environment), 사회적 책임(Social), 지배구조(Governance)라는 세 가지 측면에서 기업 경영 실적에 영향을 미치는 경로를 분석한다. 또한, 이 세 가지 요소 간의 상호작용이 기업 경영 실적에 미치는 영향을 다각적으로 연구함으로써 기존 연구의 한계를 극복하고, 기업들이 지속 가능한 경영을 실현하기 위한 전략적 방향을 제시하고자 한다. ESG 등급과 기업 경영 실적 관계의 회귀 분석을 진행하였으며 2011년부터 2021년까지의 A주 비금융 상장회사 데이터를 대상으로 하였으며 패널 데이터를 대상으로 하며 데이터베이스 데이터를 기반으로 최종 논문에 사용된 샘플수는 8672개이다. 분석 결과 첫째, ESG 등급은 기업 경영 실적에 긍정적인 효과를 준다. 높은 ESG 등급은 기업의 경영 성과 향상에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 차입 제약과 기업 생산 효율성이 ESG 등급의 가치 효과에서 매개 효과를 가지고 있으며 ESG 등급의 가치 효과는 차입 제약과 기업 생산 효율성이라는 두 가지 매개 변수를 통해 실현된다.기업 ESG가 가지는 가치 효과를 분석하는 동시에, 차입 제약과 기업 효율성이라는 두 가지 매개 변수를 도입하여 기업의 이질적 특성을 고려한 포괄적 분석을 수행하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. ESG 등급의 기업 향상 효과가 비교적 높은 ESG 등급은 기업이 적극적으로 회사 경영 관리를 개선하고 기업 관리 수준을 향상시키며 선진 기술과 현대 기업의 관리 제도를 도입하여 운영 자본의 관리 효율성을 향상시키고 기업 생산 효율성이 대폭 향상되며 기업 경영 실적을 더욱 향상시킨다.
Abstract
Based on existing research, this study analyzes the path that affects corporate management performance in three aspects: environment, social responsibility, and governance. In addition, by studying the impact of the interaction between these three factors on corporate management performance from various angles, we would like to overcome the limitations of existing research and suggest a strategic direction for companies to realize sustainable management. A regression analysis of the relationship between the ESG rating and corporate management performance was conducted, and data from non-financial listed companies in A stock from 2011 to 2021 were targeted at panel data, and the number of samples used in the final paper based on database data was 8672. As a result of the analysis, first, the ESG rating has a positive effect on corporate management performance. A high ESG rating was found to have a positive effect on the improvement of corporate management performance. Borrowing constraints and corporate production efficiency have a mediating effect on the value effect of the ESG rating, and the value effect of the ESG rating is realized through two parameters: borrowing constraints and corporate production efficiency.It is meaningful in that it analyzes the value effect of corporate ESG while performing a comprehensive analysis considering the heterogeneous characteristics of companies by introducing two parameters: borrowing constraints and corporate efficiency. The ESG rating, which has a relatively high ESG rating corporate improvement effect, allows companies to actively improve corporate management, improve corporate management levels, and introduce advanced technologies and modern corporate management systems to improve the management efficiency of operating capital, significantly improve corporate production efficiency, and further improve corporate management performance.
