초록
This study aims to identify priority areas for implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices in the logistics industry by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with a policy support needs assessment. Importance scores for ESG sub-items were derived from AHP survey responses, while policy necessity was measured through a multiple-response survey. Subsequently, the results were standardized and mapped onto a four-quadrant matrix to determine policy priorities. The analysis identified key priority areas, including greenhouse gas emissions management, renewable energy utilization, green logistics practices, workplace safety and health infrastructure, waste reduction, air and water pollution mitigation, the establishment of environmental management goals, and safety and health training programs. These findings indicate that ESG policies in the logistics sector should strategically prioritize reducing environmental impacts, managing safety and health, strengthening ESG in supply chains, and fostering ethical management practices. Furthermore, the analytical framework developed in this study provides a structured and practical basis for policymakers to align ESG importance with policy support needs when formulating effective strategies.
