간호대학생의 직업가치관과 사회적책임성이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

This descriptive study aimed to examine the effects of professional values and social responsibility on nursing professionalism among nursing students. A total of 123 third- and fourth-year students from a university in Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea, participated in the study. Data collection was conducted from May 1 to May 20, 2025, using structured questionnaires that measured professional values, social responsibility, and nursing professionalism. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that nursing professionalism was significantly and positively correlated with both professional values (r = .45, p < .001) and social responsibility (r = .52, p < .001). Multiple regression analysis indicated that social responsibility (β = .37), professional values (β = .23), and gender (β = .20) were significant predictors of nursing professionalism, explaining 35.3% of its variance. These findings suggest that enhancing nursing students’ professional values and social responsibility is essential for fostering nursing professionalism. Therefore, nursing education should include targeted programs that cultivate ethical awareness and accountability. Additionally, gender differences should be considered to provide more personalized guidance and support in developing students’ professional identity.
