The Relationship among Corporate Social Responsibility, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational Effectiveness for Franchise Hair Salon Employees. This study aimed to investigate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on organizational effectiveness for employees of franchise hair salons, and to identify the role of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) in this relationship. The results showed that CSR activities had a significant positive (+) effect on both employees' POS and their organizational effectiveness (organizational commitment, job satisfaction). Specifically, among CSR activities, ethical responsibility was a key factor in enhancing POS, while philanthropic responsibility was the strongest predictor of organizational commitment, and legal responsibility was the strongest predictor of job satisfaction. Furthermore, POS was also confirmed to play an important role in increasing organizational effectiveness. These findings suggest that franchise hair salons should utilize CSR activities as a human resource management strategy to foster positive attitudes among their employees, thereby securing skilled talent and promoting sustainable growth.
