Open Ai API를 활용한 대화형 법률 ai 챗봇 서비스

This paper proposes a conversational AI system that integrates the OpenAI API with a large language model (LLM) specialized in criminal law to provide free legal consultation services. Traditional legal advisory systems have been difficult for the general public to access due to cost and accessibility barriers. To address this, the proposed system combines a domain-specific criminal law LLM trained on legal datasets with the ChatGPT API to deliver more accessible, natural, and professional responses. The system architecture includes a user interface, web server, MySQL database, legal AI module, and ChatGPT API. It analyzes user questions and generates context-aware legal answers. By leveraging the structural characteristics and repetitive patterns of criminal cases, the model can automatically suggest appropriate legal responses based on case type. Experimental results confirm that the chatbot can provide rapid, cost-free legal consultation at the early stages of criminal cases. This research demonstrates the feasibility of AI-based legal counseling automation and presents the potential for expansion into other domains, such as civil and administrative law.
