This study aims to comprehensively examine the, impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on the real estate industry and to explore their applications and future, prospects in various fields, including predictive modeling, automated property valuation, urban planning, smart, cities, and asset management. The real estate market is characterized by significant information asymmetry and regional, disparities, making AI-based decision-making more efficient and accurate than, traditional approaches. In particular, AI enhances the reliability of predictive models by integratively processing both, structured and unstructured data and identifying underlying market patterns. Automated real estate valuation leverages historical transaction data to learn patterns and thereby reduces, the subjectivity of human appraisers. AI-based risk analysis detects early signs of market anomalies, contributing to, more informed financial and investment decisions. The potential bias embedded in, AI algorithms also poses ethical risks, requiring appropriate institutional responses. AI is a core technology driving, structural transformation in the real estate industry. In conclusion, the establishment, of robust data infrastructure and the advancement of legal and institutional frameworks will, be essential to ensuring sustainable progress.
