초록
역량기반 교육은 교수자 중심의 지식위주 교육에 대한 비판과 체계적인 교육과정 설계의 필요성에서 시작되었다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 대학원에서의 역량기반 교육에 대한 논의와 적용은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 역량관점에서 부동산 대학원 교육과정을 체계적으로 구축하는 방법을 제시하고 세부 교육과정을 도출하기 위한 목적으로 연구되었다. 연구방법은 역량기반 교육과정 개발방법론에 따라 이론적 문헌 및 사례분석, 교육환경 분석, 역량모델링, 교수진을 대상으로 한 FGI를 통한 역량모형 수정, 재학생 대상 역량모형 타당성 검증, 역량모형 및 전공교육과정 연계표 검증단계로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육목표에 따른 부동산 전공의 전공역량은 부동산자산관리 등 9개 하위역량으로, 핵심 (공통)역량은 연구역량 등 6개 하위역량을 도출하였다. 둘째, 국내외 부동산 대학원의 교육과정 사례를 분석하여 대학원에서 개설할 수 있는 각 역량별 세부 교육과정을 도출하였다. 셋째, 도출된 역량 및 세부 교육과정에 따른 교육과정 로드맵을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to propose a systematic framework for developing a competency-based curriculum for real estate graduate programs and to derive a detailed curriculum accordingly. Following a competency-based development methodology, the research was conducted in several stages: a review of theoretical literature and case studies, an analysis of the educational environment, and competency modeling. To ensure the model's reliability, it underwent revisions through Focus Group Interviews (FGI) with faculty members, followed by validity verification from currently enrolled students. The final phase involved verifying the alignment between the competency model and the major curriculum. The key findings are as follows: First, the study identified nine specific major(specific) competencies, including real estate asset management, and six core (generic) competencies, such as research capability. Second, by analyzing curriculum cases from domestic and international graduate schools, a specialized curriculum was derived for each competency. Third, a comprehensive curriculum roadmap was presented to integrate these competencies with specific educational contents.
