상사의 윤리적 리더십이 비서직 종사자의 직무수행에 미치는 영향: 재직기간과 고용형태의 조절효과

This study examined the effect of ethical leadership on job performance among secretarial professionals and verified whether tenure and employment type moderate the relationship between ethical leadership and job performance. A survey was conducted with secretarial employees, and valid responses from 282 participants were analyzed using SPSS. Reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, and correlation analysis were performed, and mediation effects were tested using the PROCESS Macro. The analysis results are as follows:First, ethical leadership was found to have a significant positive effect on job performance .Second, tenure was found to moderate the relationship between ethical leadership and job performance. Third, employment type was found to moderate the relationship between ethical leadership and job performance. Based on these findings, this study suggests that the impact of the same leadership behavior on job performance differs according to employment type. This study suggested the need for differentiated leadership strategies and education programs for secretaries based on tenure and employment type.
