교육부 고등직업교육거점지구(HiVE) 사업의 협력적 교육거버넌스에 대한 인식 비교분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceptions of the HiVE project's collaborative education governance and to conduct a comparative analysis by demographic characteristics. In accordance with this research purpose, this study conducted a survey targeting the participants of the national HiVE project consortium and empirically analyzed a total of 191 valid data. The main results are as follows: First, the participants most highly recognized the environmental characteristics of the characteristic factors, the governance environment of the internal and external factors of the relationship, and the policy performance of the short and long-term results. Second, the participants by institution generally perceived it positively, but most of the regional related organizations such as local industries perceived it the highest. Third, the participants by region generally perceived it positively, but most of the metropolitan area and Daegu-Gyeongbuk area perceived it the highest. Therefore, this study is a timely study that conducted a survey on perceptions and comparative analysis of collaborative educational governance to measure the performance at the end of the HiVE project. Based on the analysis results, it is expected to provide basic data for establishing related policies when promoting RISE project in the future.
