데이터 기반 스마트팜 교육체계 설계에 관한 연구: AHP 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 스마트팜 창업 및 운영 단계에서 고려되는 주요 의사결정 요인을 분석하고, 그 결과를 기반으로 데이터 중심의 스마트팜 교육체계 설계 방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법으로는 계층분석기법(AHP: Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 적용하여, 전문가와 예비창업농을 대상으로 주요 요인 간 상대적 중요도를 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 전문가 집단은 시설 내구성, 자동화 수준, 데이터 수집 여부 등 기술적･운영적 안정성 요인을, 예비창업농 집단은 예상수익, 정부보조금 활용 등 경제적･정책적 요인을 상대적으로 높게 인식하였다. 두 집단 모두 투자비용과 예상수익을 공통 핵심 요인으로 평가하였으며, 이는 스마트팜의 기술적 완성도보다 경영성과와 정책이해 역량이 창업 의사결정에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 점을 보여준다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 농협대학교를 비롯한 스마트농업 교육기관이 기존의 기술 중심 교육체계에서 벗어나, 데이터 활용･경영분석･정책이해를 통합한 데이터 기반 경험학습형 교육체계로 전환할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다. 또한 학습자의 진입단계(예비창업농･운영농가･전문가)에 따른 수준별 교육트랙 구성, 실증단지를 활용한 데이터 실습모듈 강화, 정부정책 및 금융제도와 연계한 경영･정책교육의 체계화가 필요함을 강조하였다. 본 연구는 스마트팜 교육체계의 개선을 위한 실증적 근거를 제시하였으며, 향후 연구에서는 작목･규모･운영형태별 요인을 포함한 다기준 의사결정모형으로의 확장이 요구된다.
Abstract
This study analyzes key decision-making factors in the start-up and operation of smart farms and proposes a data-driven framework for smart-farm education. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to compare the relative importance of factors between experts and prospective entrepreneurs. Experts prioritized technological and operational stability—facility durability, automation, and data utilization—while prospective entrepreneurs emphasized economic and policy aspects such as expected profit and government support. Both groups identified investment cost and expected profit as core criteria, suggesting that managerial performance and policy literacy play greater roles than technological completeness. Accordingly, smart-farm education—especially Agricultural Cooperative University—should evolve from a technology-oriented model to a data-driven, experiential learning system integrating data use, business analysis, and policy understanding. Tiered learning tracks by learner type and field-based data modules using demonstration sites are recommended. This study offers empirical insights for advancing smart-farm education and calls for future research on multi-criteria decision-making models reflecting crop type, scale, and operational diversity.
