International Students’ Creativity and Start-up Intention : The Moderating Role of Social Network

This study examines how creativity influences international students’ start-up intention and explores the moderating role of social network. Data were collected from 250 international students majoring in business administration at four universities in Korea. The results showed that creativity had a significant positive effect on start-up intention. Moreover, social network had a positive moderating effect on this relationship. These findings contribute to a better understanding of international students’ entrepreneurial intention and provide practical implications for universities and policymakers aiming to foster environments that support and enhance entrepreneurial activities among international students.
