간호대학생의 생의 의미, 공감 능력, 회복탄력성이 행복에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to identify nursing students' meaning in life, empathy ability, resilience, and happiness, and to identify the influences on happiness. The study subjects were 175 nursing students from three universities located in G Metropolitan City and J Province. Data collection was conducted from June 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 program, including frequency analysis, mean and standard deviation, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA, and post hoc analysis was performed using Scheffé’s test. The correlation between variables was identified through Pearson's correlation analysis, and factors influencing adaptation to college life were analyzed through multiple regression analysis. The study results showed a significant positive correlation between happiness and meaning in life (r= .41, p< .01), empathy ability (r= .41, p< .01), and resilience (r= .31, p< .01). The multiple regression analysis results showed that the regression model was significant (F= 40.57, p< .01), and the factors that had the greatest influence on happiness were meaning of life (β= .29, p< .01) and empathy ability (β= .28, p< .01), followed by resilience (β= .18 p< .01), and the total explanatory power was 39.0%. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to develop curricular and extracurricular programs that can enhance the meaning of life, empathy ability, and resilience of nursing students and thereby increase their happiness.
