중환자실 간호사의 환자안전문화 인식, 윤리적 가치관, 환자안전간호활동이 환자안전역량에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the Patient Safety Culture Perception, Ethical Values, and Patient Safety Nursing Activities on Patient Safety Competency and to confirm the factors of affecting the Patient Safety Competency. Methods: The data collection were collected from June 24 to July 31 2025. The Nurses of the university hospital in K-do who agreed to participate in the study were handed out through URL. And 173 copies were finally analyzed. The collected data were used SPSS/WIN 21.0 program and obtained the subjects’ general characteristics, Patient Safety Culture Perception, Ethical Values, and Patient Safety Nursing Activities, Patient Safety Competency levels, frequency, percentage, and each mean and standard deviation. A difference in Patient Safety Culture Perception, Ethical Values, and Patient Safety Nursing Activities, Patient Safety Competency according to general features was used Independent t-test and one-way ANOVA and was carried out Scheffe’ test as post-test. A relationship among the Patient Safety Culture Perception, Ethical Values, and Patient Safety Nursing Activities, Patient Safety Competency was parsed by using Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. To identify the influence upon the Patient Safety Competency, the multiple regression analysis was implemented. Results: The variables of affecting the Patient Safety Competency were checked the factors of Clinical experience 61~84months (β= .16, p= .03) and more than 121months (β= .17, p= .02), Patient Safety Culture Perception (β= .52, p< .01), and patient safety nursing activities (β= .38, p< .01). The explanation power of these variables appeared to be 71% (F=54.26, p< .01). Conclusions: To improve Patient Safety Competency, there is a need to develop a program that a customized program considering clinical experience, education to improve patient safety culture awareness, and enhance patient safety nursing activities are needed.
