본 연구는 디지털 리터러시와 농업 그릿이 스마트팜 기술수용 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 이 관계에서 사용용이성 인식과 노력기대성 인식이 매개역할을 수행하는지를 실증분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 조사 대상은 현재 농업에종사하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 표본을 선정하고, 본 조사는 2025년 3월부터 2025년 9월까지 약 7개월간 진행되었으며, 회수된 설문지는 유효 표본 219부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 이와 같이 분석한 결과, 첫째, 디지털 리터러시는스마트팜 기술수용 의도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 농업 그릿 또한 스마트팜 기술수용 의도에 대해 매우 강력하고 유의미한 정(+)의 직접효과를 보였다. 셋째, 디지털 리터러시와 스마트팜기술수용 의도의 사이에서 사용용이성 인식의 매개효과는 유의하게 나타났으며, 넷째, 농업 그릿과 스마트팜 기술수용의도의 사이에서 사용용이성 인식의 매개효과는 유의하게 나타났다. 다섯째, 농업 그릿과 스마트팜 기술수용 의도의사이에서 노력기대성 인식의 매개효과는 유의미하게 나타났으나, 여섯째, 디지털 리터러시와 스마트팜 기술수용 의도의 사이에서 노력기대성 인식의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 학술적 시사점은 첫째, 본 연구는 개인의 심리적 특성인 '열정과 인내'가 기술 수용 과정에서 핵심 동기 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 입증함으로써, 기술수용 이론의 농업 분야 적용을 확장하였으며, 둘째, 디지털 리터러시보다 농업 그릿은 '사용 용이성' 과 '노력 기대성'의 매개효과가 더 강력한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 동일한 구성개념이라도 산업/맥락에 따라 그 영향력과 역할이 달라지는 것으로 확인했다. 본 연구의 실무적 시사점은 첫째, 본 연구는 스마트팜 기술 보급을 위해 단순한기술 교육보다 디지털 리터러시 기초 교육과 심리적 자본 강화 프로그램을 병행해야 함을 제시하였고, 둘째, 농업 그릿이 높은 농업인은 노력 기대성에 더 민감하게 반응하므로 가시적이고 구체적인 효용 가치를 강조하는 것이 기술 수용을촉진하는 데 효과가 높으며, 셋째, 디지털 리터러시 수준과 농업 그릿 정도에 따라 농업인이 기술을 수용하는 메커니즘이 상이함을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the impact of digital literacy and agricultural grit on the intention to adopt smart farm technology and empirically analyze whether perceived ease of use and perceived effort expectancy play a mediating role in this relationship. The study sampled farmers currently engaged in agriculture. The survey was conducted for approximately seven months, from March to September 2025. A valid sample of 219 questionnaires was collected and used in the final analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, digital literacy was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on the intention to adopt smart farm technology. Second, agricultural grit also showed a very strong and significant positive direct effect on the intention to adopt smart farm technology. Third, the mediating effect of perceived ease of use between digital literacy and the intention to adopt smart farm technology was significant. Fourth, the mediating effect of perceived ease of use was significant between agricultural grit and the intention to adopt smart farm technology. Fifth, the mediating effect of perceived effort expectancy was significant between agricultural grit and the intention to adopt smart farm technology. However, sixth, the mediating effect of perceived effort expectancy between digital literacy and the intention to adopt smart farm technology was not significant. The academic implications of this study are as follows: First, this study expands the application of technology acceptance theory to the agricultural field by demonstrating that individual psychological characteristics such as "passion and perseverance" can serve as key motivating factors in the technology adoption process. Second, agricultural grit was found to have a stronger mediating effect of "ease of use" and "effort expectancy" than digital literacy. Third, it was confirmed that the influence and role of the same construct can vary depending on the industry and context. The practical implications of this study are as follows: First, this study suggests that, to spread smart farm technology, basic digital literacy education and psychological capital enhancement programs should be combined rather than simple technical training. Second, farmers with high agricultural grit are more sensitive to effort expectancy, so emphasizing tangible and specific utility values ??is more effective in promoting technology adoption. Third, it confirmed that the mechanisms by which farmers adopt technology differ depending on the level of digital literacy and agricultural grit.
