스타트업의 브리콜라주 전략, 폐기학습, 조직 창의성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

Resource-constrained startups should focus on entrepreneurial resource management for organizational survival and growth. According to dynamic capability theory, startups need to integrate or redeploy resources from a creative perspective to generate organizational performance. Therefore, startups should recombine and recycle resources based on the bricolage perspective to drive organizational creativity and business performance. In this process, the bricolage strategy can create a positive mechanism leading to organizational creativity and business performance by activating unlearning capacity. Drawing on this theoretical framework, this study collected data from 210 startups—each less than 12 years old—operating in the machinery/metal, electrical/electronic, and information and communication technology/software industries. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The empirical results demonstrated that startups’ bricolage, unlearning, organizational creativity, and business performance are positively interrelated, both directly and indirectly. This study contributes to the literature by applying dynamic capability theory to the concept of bricolage and extending its scope to include unlearning and SME financing. Furthermore, by empirically verifying the importance of bricolage and unlearning in startups, the study offers meaningful practical implications for policy support in the field of SME finance
