This study examines how supply-chain concentration affects voluntary CSR disclosure in Chinese logistics and supply chain firms. We distinguish between supplier and customer concentration and incorporate organizational slack as a moderating factor. Drawing on stakeholder and resource-dependence theories, we use panel data on 94 Chinese listed logistics and supply chain firms from 2006 to 2021. The results show that both supplier and customer concentration significantly reduce CSR disclosure, while organizational slack mitigates these negative associations, with the effect stronger along the customer dimension. The study refines the understanding of CSR disclosure determinants by highlighting the role of interorganizational structure, demonstrates how stakeholder influence varies under exchange dependence, and provides insights for managers navigating concentrated supply chains in emerging markets.
