인공지능과 가상자산에 관한 법적 논의

This study addresses various issues related to artificial intelligence and virtual assets. The operational scope, comparable to that of a corporation, was considered in relation to the formation and operation of companies based on the characteristics of artificial intelligence and virtual assets. With this premise, the study discussed the possibility of recognizing the legal status based on the degree of agency achievable through artificial intelligence and the formation of company assets considering the functional aspects of virtual assets. Firstly, the study examined the possibility of the emergence of decentralized autonomous organizations or companies composed of artificial intelligence with minimal or no human intervention, assessing the viability of their existence through legislative review. Secondly, considering virtual assets being recognized as a form of property, the study conducted experimental discussions on the possibility of inclusion in commercial law based on their economic value. Although it is acknowledged that the practical application may be premature, considering factors such as technological and value stability, the discussion was developed with the awareness that exploration into this new area should continue. The realm of artificial intelligence and virtual assets is vast and holds numerous possibilities, prompting the need for supplementary research that aligns with the domestic context.
