지역순환경제를 위한 가상자산 지역화폐 플랫폼: 지역화폐 블록체인 구성을 중심으로

It is analyzed that the role and weight of local currency in the local endogenous economy are large. However, unlike overseas, Korea is revealing the limitations of local currency at the point of contact between sustainability and future finance as a central government policy. Therefore, this study proposes a digital asset local currency platform for the local endogenous economy applying blockchain mechanism technology to offset the problems of local currency as a means of exchanging local endogenous economy values. Blockchain technology, which is attracting attention as a leading technology in future finance, is expected to have a great industrial and economic linkage effect, and this study presents a regional net economic model based on blockchain technology. Based on this, the significance of this study is as follows. First, the sunk cost problem of existing local currency models was identified and insights into blockchain-based local currency technology were presented. In addition, the implications of the digital local currency approached from the socio-scientific aspect provide basic data for follow-up studies. Second, in this study, a private blockchain main-net digital local currency platform was proposed to identify and supplement local currency problems with current blockchain technology. By providing a circular process as a technical basis and a regional endogenous economic system, the possibility of commercialization of a digital local currency platform was suggested. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to consider in-depth the implementation of the local endogenous economy system through a monetary economy system structure that responds to future finance and operates at a minimum cost.
