창업자의 심리적요인과 자원접근성이 창업지속의도에 미치는 영향: 창업몰입과 경쟁력개발의 매개효과

This study empirically examines the effects of entrepreneurs’ psychological factors—self-efficacy and achievement orientation—and resource accessibility on entrepreneurial persistence intention, focusing on the mediating roles of entrepreneurial commitment and competitiveness development. Data were collected from 300 entrepreneurs and CEOs operating for less than seven years and analyzed using SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that self-efficacy positively influences competitiveness development but has no direct effect on entrepreneurial commitment. Achievement orientation positively affects entrepreneurial commitment but not competitiveness development. In contrast, resource accessibility has positive effects on both entrepreneurial commitment and competitiveness development, confirming that access to external resources fosters psychological engagement and capability enhancement simultaneously. Both entrepreneurial commitment and competitiveness development significantly affect entrepreneurial persistence intention, with competitiveness development mediating the relationship between commitment and persistence intention. These findings demonstrate that the interaction between internal and external factors strengthens entrepreneurial sustainability and highlight the need for competency-based entrepreneurship support policies that enhance self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and resource accessibility.
