민법 개정안 주요 내용 소개 - 계약법의 법률행위를 중심으로 -

Civil Code reform has become an unavoidable mission of the times, and through the diligent efforts of many, an excellent Civil Code reform bill has been prepared. The National Assembly is currently deliberating on a partial amendment bill to the Civil Code. The Korean Bar Association intended to introduce the contents of the Civil Code reform bill for member attorneys who are busy with their practice and have not yet familiarized themselves with the amendment proposal. This article was planned for the purpose of introducing the portion of the amendment bill concerning juristic acts in contract law. Meanwhile, excellent discussions containing opinions and evaluations on such amendments have taken place, and in order to prevent the content of such discussions from being forgotten, this article was also intended to be published together with them. Therefore, those who have read the amendment explanatory statement and similar documents need not refer to this article, which introduces the contents of amendment reasons and such for the amendment proposal. However, the excellent discussion papers that will be published following this article are strongly recommended for reading. I hope for the passage of the Civil Code amendment bill that was the subject of this introduction, and express my deep respect and gratitude to all those who have contributed to and continue to contribute to the preparation of the Civil Code amendment bill.
