ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 참여 만족이 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향: 사회통합감의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 참여 만족과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 사회통합감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 분석자료로 부산광역시의 ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 참여하는 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였으며, 연구 대상은 노인 182명이다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS 23.0과 PROCESS macro 4.2의 Model 4를 적용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 참여 만족은 삶의 만족에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 참여 만족감이 높으면 삶의 만족이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 참여 만족과 삶의 만족의 관계에서 사회통합감은 완전매개효과를 보였다. 즉, ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 참여 만족감이 높으면 사회통합감에 영향을 주고, 결과적으로 삶의 만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과를 바탕으로 노인의 사회통합감과 삶의 만족을 증진하기 위한 ESG 기반의 노인일자리사업 확산 방안에 대해 논의하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine the mediating effect of social integration on the relationship between satisfaction with participation in ESG-based senior employment projects and life satisfaction. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted among 182 older adults participating in ESG-based senior employment projects in Busan Metropolitan City. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro 4.2 (Model 4) to test the mediating effect. The results are as follows. First, satisfaction with participation in ESG-based senior employment projects had a significant positive effect on life satisfaction, indicating that higher satisfaction with participation led to higher life satisfaction. Second, social integration fully mediated the relationship between satisfaction with participation in ESG-based senior employment projects and life satisfaction. In other words, higher satisfaction with participation enhanced social integration, which in turn increased life satisfaction. Based on these findings, this study discusses strategies to expand ESG-based senior employment projects to promote social integration and improve the life satisfaction of older adults.
