생물자산의 토큰 증권 플랫폼 사례 연구

초록
블록체인기술과 디지털 금융 혁신이 전통 금융시장에 변화를 가져오면서, 실물자산의 디지털 자산화 및 분할 투자 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 최초로 한우 자산을 기반으로 한 조각투자 및 토큰증권 플랫폼인 뱅카우 사례를 중심으로, 분할 투자 플랫폼 사업 모델과 가치 창출 메커니즘을 분석하였다. 뱅카우는 송아지 지분을 기초 자산으로 나누어 투자자에게 소액 투자 기회를 제공하며, 해당 자산은 사육, 출하, 경매를 통해 수익이 발생하는 구조로 운영된다. 핀테크 기반 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델 관점에서, 자산 분할 및 공동소유 구조, 주요 이해관계자(농가, 투자자, 플랫폼 운영사)의 역할 분담, 토큰증권 발행 및 투자계약증권 구조, 위험 관리 체계, 그리고 투자자 보호 전략을 다각도로 분석하였다. 뱅카우는 생물자산 기반 유동화 금융 혁신 사례로, 기존 생물자산 투자가 가지는 접근성 제한을 극복하는 동시에 농가의 안정적 자금 조달에 기여하고 있음을 확인하였다. 뱅카우 사례를 통해 생물자산 기반 디지털 자산화의 정책적, 산업적 시사점을 제시하며, 토큰증권 플랫폼 발전에 필요한 제도적 지원과 법적, 기술적 과제를 제안한다.
Abstract
As blockchain technology and digital financial innovation bring about rapid changes in the traditional financial market, the digital assetization and division investment market of real assets is growing rapidly. This study empirically analyzed the platform business model and value creation mechanism, focusing on the case of Bankcow, the first security token offering(STO) platform based on Korean beef assets in Korea. Bankcow divides its stake in the calf to provide investors with small investment opportunities, and the assets are operated in a structure that generates profits through breeding, shipping, and auctioning. This study analyzed the asset division and co-ownership structure, role sharing of major stakeholders (farmers, investors, platform operators), STO issuance and investment contract securities structure, risk management system, and investor protection strategy from various angles. Bankcow is an example of real asset financial innovation, and it was confirmed that it is contributing to stable financing for farmers while overcoming the accessibility limitations of existing livestock asset investments. Through the Bankcow case, this research presents the policy and industrial implications of digital assetization based on real livestock assets, and proposes institutional support and technical tasks necessary for the development of the token securities platform.
