AHP 기법을 이용한 중소기업의 ESG 공급망 대응 우선순위분석 -자동차부품 협력사를 중심으로-

As the importance of Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) management has emerged in global supply chains recently, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are facing more stringent regulations and due diligence requirements. In particular, the automotive parts industry, with its high export dependency, is a crucial sector that must assess the impact of international regulations, such as the EU Supply Chain Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). However, domestic SMEs face implementation challenges due to limitations in resources and expertise, and thus, a strategic approach is required to prioritize actions. To this end, this study analyzed major domestic and international supply chain ESG evaluation indicators and derived 10 key issues across environmental, social, and governance domains through expert brainstorming. Subsequently, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique was applied to assess the relative importance of these issues. The results obtained showed that SME managers prioritized occupational safety and health and accident prevention, whereas ESG experts considered greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption management the top priority. Thus, the results revealed a difference in perspective between practical and strategic responses and suggested the need for a balanced approach toward addressing immediate legal regulations and establishing long-term ESG strategies for SMEs.
