직업능력개발훈련교사 연구동향의 계량서지학적 분석: 텍스트마이닝과 네트워크 분석을 중심으로
A Bibliometric Analysis of Research Trends on Vocational Skills Development Teachers: Focusing on Text Mining and Network Analysis

이 연구는 2010년부터 2025년까지 발표된 직업능력개발훈련교사 관련 연구를 통합적으로 분석하여 연구 동향과 개념 구조, 핵심 주제의 클러스터를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국내 학술지 논문 18편과 학위논문 5편 등 총23편을 분석대상으로 선정하고, 서지분석, 텍스트마이닝 및 토픽모델링, 네트워크 분석을 단계적으로 실시하였다. 서지분석 결과, 직업능력개발훈련교사 연구는 2010년 이후 완만한 증가 추세를 보이며, 2017년과 2021년 전후로 연구 생산이 확대되는 두 차례의 고조 구간이 나타났다. 텍스트마이닝 및 LDA 토픽모델링 결과, 연구는 역량·역할 수행, 직업정체성 발달, 직무스트레스·조직행동, 교육과정·제도 및 훈련 품질관리의 네 가지 주제 축으로 구조화되는 것으로 나타났다. 키워드 네트워크 분석에서는 ‘직업능력개발훈련교사’, ‘역량’, ‘직무’, ‘전문성’, ‘정체성’ 등이 높은 중심성을 보이며 연구전반을 관통하는 핵심 허브 개념으로 기능하였다. 또한 Louvain 알고리즘과 구조적 공백 지표 분석 결과, 소진, 성장, 경험, 조직공정성 등은 현재는 주변부에 위치하지만 역량·전문성·정체성 군집을 연결하는 잠재적 매개 변인으로 확인되어향후 연구 확장 가능성이 높은 영역으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 소규모 전문영역인 직업능력개발훈련교사 연구를 서지·텍스트·네트워크 분석을 통해 구조적으로 조망함으로써, 교사 역량모델 재정비, 조직·심리 요인 반영, 디지털·AI 기반 훈련체계 대응 등 후속 연구와 정책 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련교사 연구의 구조적 이해를 확장하고, 향후 교사 역량모델 재정비와 직업능력개발훈련의 질 제고를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aims to identify the research trends, conceptual structure, and core thematic clusters of studies related to vocational skills development teachers in Korea published between 2010 and 2025. A total of 23 studies—18 KCI-indexed journal articles and 5 theses—were selected based on relevance, and bibliometric analysis, text mining with topic modeling, and keyword co-occurrence network analysis were conducted sequentially. Bibliometric results indicate a gradual increase in research output since 2010, with notable peaks around 2017 and 2021 that align with major policy changes in the national vocational training system. Text-mining and LDA topic modeling identified four primary thematic domains: competency and role performance, professional identity development, job stress and organizational behavior, and curriculum, qualification, and training quality management. Keyword network analysis showed that “vocational skills development teacher,” “competency,” “job,” “professionalism,” and “identity” exhibit high centrality and function as key hub concepts across the research landscape. Louvain community detection and structural-hole indicators further revealed that variables such as burnout, growth, experience, and organizational justice, while currently peripheral, may serve as potential bridging concepts linking the competency–professionalism–identity clusters, suggesting areas with strong future research potential. By structurally mapping this specialized research domain using integrated bibliometric, text-mining, and network-analytic approaches, the study provides foundational insights for revising teacher competency models, incorporating organizational and psychological factors, and responding to digital and AI-driven transitions in Korea’s vocational training ecosystem. These findings enhance the structural understanding of research on vocational skills development teachers and offer baseline evidence to support improvements in teacher competency development and overall vocational training quality.
