This article has studied the principle of separation of powers and the development of British congress and government including the concept of separation of powers, the executive power, the power of congress, the treason, martial law and the political history of England. There are usually the express provisions on the separation of powers, the executive power, the power of congress, the treason and martial law in the constitutional law. So many legal problems have come in the practice history of the separation of powers and the forms of government. So the need of study on those subjects in the constitutional law has been acknowledged broadly. Also to improve the understanding and knowledge of those subjects we should study on those subjects. The study on those subjects is very difficult. The study on those subjects has very important meanings for the protection of civil liberty and constitutionalism. This article has tried to analyze historically on the separation of powers, the executive power, the power of congress, the treason and the martial law. This article has the purpose to give perspectives about those subjects.
