항공서비스전공 대학생의 핵심역량이 학업성취도와 학습만족도에 미치는 영향: 멘토링 학습법 적용 교과를 중심으로

This research presents a case study of applying the mentoring teaching method to the "airline cabin service practice" major course within the department of airline service during the second semester of 2025. Out of a total of 15 sessions during the semester, the mentoring method was integrated into six lecture-based sessions. The study is significant in that it encouraged full participation of the students and enforced learning effectiveness through mentoring discussions and role-play presentations. At the end of the mentoring learning, collected data by google survey were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 statistical method by employing factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. The results verified that interpersonal skills and communication skills have a positive impact on academic achievement and learning satisfaction. In contrast, problem-solving skills do not have a significant influence on either variable. In detail, specific sub-factors, Understanding others' temperament of interpersonal skills and effective communication attitude of communication skills were shown a significant positive (+) effect on both academic achievement and learning satisfaction. Furthermore, a qualitative analysis of the learners' self-reflection evaluation was carried. Given the relative scarcity of research on learners' core competencies and the effectiveness of mentoring-based learning, this study emphasizes the critical roles of mentor managers and mentors in order to enhance learning efficiency. Finally, the research suggests that for effective implementation, mentoring programs must incorporate strategic operation, pre -training for mentors and fair evaluation methods.
