초록
This study examines how organizational agility affects firm performance in international markets, focusing on intervening mechanisms and boundary conditions for this relationship. We draw on the dynamic capability perspective to investigate how organizational agility influences firm performance through speed to market and whether technological turbulence moderates this relationship. Survey data collected from Korean exporters find that organizational agility has a positive effect on performance in overseas markets. Moreover, speed to market mediates the link between organizational agility and performance in international markets. We advance the existing literature by providing theoretical explanations for the inconsistency in the relationship between organizational agility and performance.
