초록
This study investigates how technical and creative competencies influence entrepreneurial intention among culinary and foodservice major students through entrepreneurial orientation, and examines the moderating role of immediate family entrepreneurial experience. Survey data from 271 students were analyzed using structural equation modeling and PROCESS Macro Model 1. The results indicate that technical competency positively affects autonomy, innovativeness, and proactiveness, while creative competency shows broader effects on autonomy, innovativeness, risk-taking, and proactiveness. Among entrepreneurial orientation dimensions, innovativeness, proactiveness, and competitive aggressiveness significantly increase entrepreneurial intention. In addition, family entrepreneurial experience selectively strengthens the effects of innovativeness and proactiveness on entrepreneurial intention. These findings suggest that entrepreneurial intention is shaped through a multistage process in which competencies activate specific entrepreneurial orientation dimensions, and family entrepreneurial experience facilitates the translation of entrepreneurial attitudes into intention.
