로컬창업의도와 지역정주의도 결정요인에 관한 연구

Purpose - Recently, various policies are being implemented to introduce the youth population into the region in a situation where the risk of population decline and regional extinction is accelerating, but there is a limit to the actual regional settlement. This study attempted to clarify what factors influence local start-up intention and regional settlement intention under the assumption that it is important to increase job creation and regional settlement. Design/Methodology/Approach - To this end, a research model and hypothesis were established through background theory and review of previous studies, and the hypothesis was verified by collecting a total of 235 copies of data for students of M University located in Jeollanam-do. Findings - As a result of hypothesis verification, it was confirmed that subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and start-up environment perception had a significant positive effect on local start-up intention, start-up environment perception had a significant positive effect on place attachment, and start-up environment perception and place attachment had a significant positive effect on local settlement intention. On the other hand, through additional analysis, it was confirmed that the perception of the start-up environment had an indirect effect on the intention of local settlement through place attachment. Research Implications - These findings confirmed that support or recommendation for start-ups by families and acquaintances who have influence on young people, confidence that young people can control their own start-up work, and a positive evaluation of local start-up environment can lead to local start-up intentions. In addition, it suggests that young people's positive perception of the local start-up ecosystem can increase regional attachment and lead to regional settlement intentions.
