ESG 기반 창업역량 강화 프로그램이 대학생의 창업효능감, 창업역량, ESG 경영 인식에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to empirically evaluate the impact of an ESG-based entrepreneurship competency enhancement program on university students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy, competency, and ESG awareness. It seeks to provide a theoretical and practical foundation for advancing entrepreneurship education toward sustainability and social responsibility. Regarding the methodology, a single-group pretest-posttest experimental design was applied to 50 university students from startup clubs in Chungcheongbuk-do. The program was conducted as a two-day intensive bootcamp, and data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability testing, and paired t-tests with SPSS 26.0. The results indicated that entrepreneurial competency significantly improved across all sub-domains, including opportunity recognition, business planning, and data utilization. However, entrepreneurial self-efficacy did not show statistical significance despite an upward trend, and only the environmental (E) factor of ESG awareness was significantly improved. In conclusion, while short-term intensive training is highly effective for technical skill development, differentiated strategies such as track-based curriculum and experiential learning are necessary to foster balanced ESG values and self-efficacy.
